I absolutely love my pink feathered backdrop I received from KetieStory. I am sure at my upcoming celebration, my client and her guests will be floored by the look and the level of grandeur that it brings to the event. But Ketiestory's customer service is probably even better, if possible, than their top level products. I ordered an 8 x 12 pink feathered backdrop. There was a pricing glitch that occured that was in my favor. They not only honored their price that was listed, but still gave me a discount for a future order. Which I will most certainly order. I have my eye on a purple backdrop next. 🤣My order arrived on time. I ordered 3 feather panels and each arrived on time in separate boxes wrapped in plastic.
